DHS hurricane long 5X
DHS Hurricane Long 5X is the evolution of one of the most popular blades in the world. The "X" version features a thicker core ply, which means even more dynamics, stability, and power in topspin rallies from mid-to-far distance, without decreasing the great control in short play close to the table. DHS Hurricane Long 5X is designed primarily for advanced and professional players who prefer an aggressive offensive style based on spin and speed (topspin-to-topspin). However, thanks to the Inner Carbon technology, it offers plenty of safety and touch for precise blocking, serve receives, and short play over the table.
5+2 Composition (Arylate-Carbon): The blade consists of 5 layers of premium wood and 2 layers of premium ALC carbon. The carbon layers are placed directly on the core ply (Innerforce technology), ensuring a soft feel on lighter shots and explosive speed at full swing.
Reinforced Core (X-Core Technology): Compared to the classic Long 5 version, the 5X model features a 0.5 mm thicker core ply. The result is higher rebound capabilities (catapult effect) and extra power needed for the new generation of plastic balls.
Perfect Trajectory: The blade produces a high and long ball flight trajectory during topspin, forcing opponents into errors and keeping them under constant pressure.
